Registrations:

  • Corporation Tax registration (mandatory for all non-dormant companies) £50 
  • Self Assessment registration for directors (mandatory for all directors): for UK residents with NI number: £30 , for our clients without NI number £70 
  • VAT registration: £150 
  • Employer registration: £80 
  • EORI registration: £60 
  • ICO (Data protection) registration: £50   (+ £35 levy)
  • Self-Employed registration online: £25 
  • Self-Employed registration in person: £45 

Other:

  • A 20-page information document about the operation and tax rules of UK companies: £25 
  • In-person consultation: £20 / half hour started
  • Modification of company name: £40 

Returns:

  • Annual Accounts: £90 
  • Corporation Tax: £150 
  • Annual Accounts/Corporation Tax for Dormant companies: £90 
  • Annual Return: £60-130  (depending on the data that needs amending)
  • Tax Return: £90-120  (discounted to £90 until 31 July of the current year after that it is £120 )
  • VAT return: quarterly £60 

Address Services:

  • Registered office in Brighton: £100  /year
  • Registered office in London (N1 and WC2 areas): £160  /year
  • Registered office in London (SW19 area): £200  /year
  • Mail forwarding in Brighton: £140 /year
  • Service address in Brighton: £80 /year

Certificate of incorporation:

  • Certificate of incorporation standard procedure: £40  (including registered postage)
  • Certificate of incorporation accelerated procedure: £90  (including registered postage)
  • Apostille authenticated certificate of incorporation standard procedure: £130  (including the DLH delivery fee)
  • Apostille authenticated certificate of incorporation, accelerated procedure: £230  (including the DLH delivery fee)

 

Bookkeeping:

  • Monthly maintenance fee: contains the annual maintenance fee of the company- £220  /year
  • Accounting advice, consultation by e-mail
  • Keeping in contact with HMRC and Companies House in regards to the company’s matters
  • Notifying our clients of the deadlines of their returns and reports

 

MINI annual accounting package:

12 months of accounting, the bookkeeping of a total of 1-80 invoices (incoming and outgoing invoices and all financial transactions including cash withdrawals, payments, loans, bank charges, etc.)

  • Includes the 12 months of accounting and the mandatory annual returns and reports as follows:
  • For non VAT registered companies- £590 
  • For VAT registered companies – £690 
  • 1 Annual Return filed to Companies House
  • Preparation and filing of 1 Annual Accounts/Corporation Tax Return
  • Accounting advice, consultation
  • Keeping in contact with HMRC and Companies House in regards to the company’s matters
  • Notifying our clients of the deadlines of their returns and reports
  • Fees for any VAT returns are to be paid separately
  • It is necessary to upgrade to the Normal annual package from 81 invoices

 

NORMAL annual accounting package

12 months of accounting, the bookkeeping of a total of 81-300 invoices (incoming and outgoing invoices and all financial transactions including cash withdrawals, payments, loans, bank charges, etc.)

  • Includes the 12 months of accounting and the mandatory annual returns and reports as follows:
  • For non VAT registered companies- £790 
  • For VAT registered companies- £950 
  • 1 Annual Return filed to Companies House
  • Preparation and filing of 1 Annual Account/Corporation Tax
  • Accounting advice, consultation
  • Keeping in contact with HMRC and Companies House in regards to the company’s matters
  • Notifying our clients of the deadlines of their returns and reports
  • Fees for any VAT returns are to be paid separately

 

Payroll

  • Monthly payroll for 1-5 employees: £25 
  • Annual package, 12 months of payroll for 1-5 employees: £250 
  • The base fee covers the admission and exit of 5 people, above this, we charge a £10  administration fee
